Soon in the Library! This spring are going to do small exhibitions about celebrites born at Sodermalm in Stockholm. Greta Garbo is one of them. We have noticed that her apartment in New york was decorated in pink. So maybe we can use the pink rose.

Strange days at the Culture House. An ill-conceived decision to take away "Tintin" books from a youth library (due to "racist content") ignited an national debate about censorship. Serieteket was not involved in the decision but still got blamed.

Hugo Pratt's vagabond hero Corto Maltese is a huge favourite of our library and the staff. This little figurine was made by one of our former employees, Odd Ahlgren, almost fifteen years ago. It has been our "mascot" since then.
